The Customer Service categories are unique in the kbbreview Retail & Design Awards as they are not judged by a panel, rather the finalists and winners are chosen by our team of mystery shoppers that visit retailers across the UK for our famous monthly Shopping Around feature.

They choose their four favourite kitchen retailers and four top bathroom retailers from all the showrooms they’ve visited in the year.
The Customer Service of the Year categories are a vital part of the event and help us shine a spotlight on two of the most vital elements that make independent retailers a success – personal service and extensive knowledge.
The unique way they are judged means that we do NOT require entries for these categories.
